1. How long before the first campaign?
After Smart Simulation is activated, campaigns for all users are generated the same day, along with their estimated send dates for the month.

2. What happens each month
During the month, Smart Simulation analyzes available data to build personalized campaigns:
Without Protect: The system uses data related to your organization’s industry to generate context-based campaigns.
With Protect, if the user has given consent: the system analyzes incoming emails to generate campaigns based on the brands and content the user typically receives.
3. Campaign frequency once activated
Once the first campaign is sent, Smart Simulation can generate up to 4 campaigns per month per user, compared to a maximum of one campaign under standard automation.
Smart Simulation campaigns are added to the campaigns already scheduled by automation; they do not replace them. Therefore, depending on their level group within the automation workflow, a user may receive up to 5 campaigns per month.
4. If Smart Simulation is disabled
If Smart Simulation is disabled for a user or account, Smart Simulation campaigns stop immediately. No additional campaigns will be sent.
