1. Simulations based on your actual email flows
When Protect is connected to Smart Simulation and the user has given consent, it automatically transmits signals from emails received by your organization—including the sender, subject line, and an extract from the message content.
These datas enable Smart Simulation to identify the brands, topics, and email reception patterns specific to each employee or the organization as a whole, in order to produce highly realistic and context-specific phishing simulations.
2. A fully automated monthly program
Using this data, Smart Simulation automatically generates, selects, and schedules simulations. Each employee receives simulations regularly throughout the month.
Concerning the recurring senders identified in your email traffic, the simulation can be scheduled to be sent shortly before the usual date of the actual email, thereby enhancing the realism of the exercise.
3. Control at Your Fingertips
As a manager, you are in control of activating Smart Simulation for your employees, either individually or in groups. Protect enriches the data used to build the simulations, but you retain control over when the program begins.
