Then select User list.

You will access a summary table displaying all your users along with their main information.

How can I view a user’s email addresses?

From the user list:

  • Each user’s primary email address is displayed directly under their name.

  • The “Emails” column shows the total number of email addresses associated with the user (primary address + aliases).

👉 To view the details of the email addresses:

  • Click on “Emails” in the row of the relevant user.

  • The email addresses panel opens and displays all addresses linked to that user account.

How to add an alias?

  1. Open the user’s email addresses panel.

  2. Click on “Add an alias”.

  3. A window opens: enter the email address you want to add.

    • An automatic suggestion may appear to help you quickly add an address using your protected domain names.

  4. Click on “Add” to confirm

Good to know

  • Each user can have up to 10 aliases, in addition to their primary email address.

  • An alias can only be associated with one user account at a time.

How to change a user’s primary email address?

What is the primary email address used for?

The primary email address is used for:

  • Logging in to the platform

  • Receiving reports and welcome emails

  • Resetting passwords

It is also visible in:

  • The user list

  • Delegations

  • Authentication requests

The primary email address is identified by the “Primary email” label in the user’s email list.

Change the primary email address

  1. Open the user’s list of email addresses.

  2. Click on the star icon next to the email address you want to set as primary.

  3. Confirm the change when the confirmation message appears.

The new address immediately becomes the user’s primary email address.
