To ensure that your campaign is delivered to users, it is essential that Mailinblack IPs are authorized on your mail server, otherwise the campaign cannot be sent.
Log in to your personal Mailinblack space and go to your Cyber Coach area.
Click on the "Manual simulations" menu, tab"Campaigns" then on "Add a campaign".
Step 1:
Fill in the campaign information :
Enter the campaign name
Choose the type of attack
Choose the model.
Choose the language in which to send the email
Step 2:
Choose from our various awareness models the one you wish to associate with your attack simulations.
Customize and select content (text, videos, quizzes).
Step 3:
Select the users to whom the attack simulation will be sent:
-All users
-An existing group
-Create your own group: click on Add a group, give it a name and specify the group's users. Once the group has been created, go to your Cyber Coach application to configure your campaigns.
Step 4:
Schedule your campaign:
-Choose start date and time
- Specify campaign duration
-Choose your e-mail distribution model
Step 5:
Confirm that you have authorized Mailinblack's IP addresses.
Step 6:
Make sure you've received your campaign and test it by entering your e-mail address.
Your campaign is now created and ready to send. You can also create and plan several campaigns in advance.
