When you receive a lead from Mailinblack, you can take over and work on converting it.
1. Which leads can I see?
You have access to leads for which your account is set as the assigned reseller.
Depending on your role:
VAR / MSP / EM: you can see leads for which your company is the assigned reseller.
VAD: you can see leads assigned to your company or to your resellers.
All essential lead information is grouped in one place to support your follow-up.
2. What actions can I perform on leads?
VAR / MSP / EM
You can:
Disqualify a lead
Change the lead status back to “Pending”
Convert the lead into a Prospect account after updating the required information (SIRET, segment, postal code, contact details)
VAD
As a distributor (VAD), you have "read-only" access to the leads sent by Mailinblack to your partners. Only the partner can perform actions on them.
3. Where can I find leads in the partner portal?
All partners can access leads via:
Clients → Prospects → Leads sent by MIB
Leads are displayed by status:
To process: status “Sent to a partner”
Disqualified: status “Disqualified”
