Log in to your Mailinblack Portal area.
2. Go to the My Clients page to see your list of Clients.
On this page, you can find your clients based on their status:
Installed: The installation is complete for the client.
Installation in progress: The installation is still ongoing.
Service deactivated: The client has all of their products deactivated.
Pending: The client is currently being registered in our systems.
Lost: The client has the status "lost" in Salesforce.
You can search for a specific client directly by name using the search bar, or find all clients who are not yet installed by going to the Installation in progress tab. You can resume their installation using the button provided for this purpose:
Detailed installation steps:
Prerequisites ➜ The client can begin installation on their platform. [Status: Installation in progress]
Flow redirection in progress ➜ Specific to Protect; MX records must be redirected to activate protection. [Status: Installation in progress]
Completed ➜ The installation is fully finished. [Status: Completed]
A client’s status will change to "Installed" once the MX redirection is completed for the Protect product; this is the final step of the installation.
3. My clients and leads
Still within My clients, by selecting All:
Installed: Client with completed onboarding and an active contract
Waiting for validation: Client requiring an action to finalize the installation
Installation in progress: Client who has started their onboarding
Installation to start: Client who needs to begin their onboarding
My prospects: List of prospects created from the portal
Leads submitted by MIB: List of leads forwarded by Mailinblack for your reseller account
Disqualified leads: List of leads that have been disqualified
Lost / Paused: Lists of clients who have been paused or have products that are paused
Lost: Lists clients who have been terminated and must be deleted by our teams after verification of MX redirection.
