You have a list of authorized and banned senders. When a sender is authorized, they don't receive an authentication request, and the email is directly delivered to your mail server after antivirus and anti-spam filtering.

When a sender is banned, emails sent by this sender are categorized as banned on your Mailinblack interface, after antivirus and anti-spam filtering.

How to keep an eye on your users' senders?

Log in to your Mailinblack space and navigate to your Protect area.

Click on the "Senders" menu, then the "General Settings" tab.

Here, you'll find the complete list of senders authorized and banned by your users.

Understanding sender information:

  • Status: The status column indicates the list in which the user is placed. They can be either authorized or banned.

  • Users: This column is very useful as it tells you for which users the sender is authorized or not. It can be specific to one user or apply to your entire organization.

    • Manual: if the sender was added directly by you or one of your users.
