When you log in to your Mailinblack account, you are automatically redirected to a home page. By default, this page is the User Dashboard if you are a standard user, or the Cockpit if you are a manager.
You can customize your default home page so that you are taken directly to the section that best suits your day-to-day use. This setting is specific to each user and applies every time you log in.
1. Access the settings
The default home page is configured from your Profile page. This page contains all the personal settings for your account:
Identity: your personal information (first name, last name, email address).
Password: change your login password.
Settings for my space: language and time zone settings.
Default home page: choose the page you are taken to each time you log in.
To access these settings:
Log in to your Mailinblack account.
Click your profile in the top-left corner of the interface.
Click the Gear icon.
Scroll down to the Default home page section.
2. Choose your home page
Select the desired page from the drop-down menu. Your choice is saved automatically, with no further action required.
A confirmation notification is displayed to let you know that the setting has been successfully saved.
3. Pages available depending on your profile
The pages available in the selector depend on your access rights and role on the platform.
For standard users (non-managers), the following pages are available:

⚠️ Important: Only pages corresponding to the products you have access to are displayed in the list. Similarly, manager dashboards are only available if you are a manager for the corresponding product.
4. Default behavior
If you have not defined a default home page, or if you no longer have access to the configured page, you are redirected to:
Cockpit for managers and administrators.
User Dashboard for standard users.
