The Home tab of the Cockpit gives you access to several sections displaying statistics and data about your organization, analyzed over a rolling 12-month period. These can be global or segmented by Users or User Groups :

Your Cyberscore : The Cyberscore assesses your organization’s cybersecurity by analyzing the various attack vectors targeting your employees.

Rated from A to F, it evaluates each attack vector and consolidates these ratings into an overall score, providing a clear view of your organization’s cyber health. The Cyberscore enables a dynamic, real-time assessment of your organization’s cybersecurity.

Your Cyberscore comes with remediation actions and tailored recommendations:

Benefit from concrete corrective measures as well as preventive actions to reduce future risks. Discover targeted advice adapted to your context to strengthen your cybersecurity over the long term.

Avoided Losses : This figure represents the potential cost of cyberattacks prevented thanks to our professional email protection solution.

It is calculated by multiplying the number of intercepted cyberattack attempts by the average cost of a cyberattack, based on data collected from similar organizations.

Attacks : Number of cyberattacks intercepted by our solution, including threats such as spear-phishing attempts, infected emails, and emails containing malicious links or attachments.

When are your employees most at risk ? : The displayed time slot shows when your employees are particularly vulnerable to cyberattacks during the week. It is crucial to remain especially vigilant and raise awareness among your teams during these periods.

Your Employees Facing Threats :

This section shows how your employees respond to potentially dangerous emails. Understanding these reactions is crucial for strengthening your organization’s security.

Your Carbon Impact :

The email protection solution analyzes the emails received by the user and places unwanted or potentially malicious messages in quarantine. To prevent unnecessary data accumulation, emails that are not retrieved are automatically deleted after 30 days, thereby reducing CO₂ emissions associated with long-term email storage.

Your Most Targeted Teams :

This section highlights the roles most targeted within your organization. The list is based on the number of cyberattack and spam attempts intercepted by the Mailinblack solution for each role in your organization. These data are then compared with similar roles in other organizations to provide you with a comparative rating, from A to F, of your exposure to cyber threats.

Group

Click on Group to access the “Statistics by Group” view. This allows managers to analyze the cyber posture of each team across all Mailinblack products.

It becomes easy to switch from an overview to a targeted analysis by team.

A major step forward for managing cybersecurity collectively, quickly identifying at-risk groups, and tracking the evolution of cyber maturity within the organization.

Users

Through the Users section, access a detailed view of each individual user’s performance across all Mailinblack products.

This page allows one-click access to individual statistics, including emails blocked by Protect, training progress in Academy, vulnerabilities detected in Cyber Coach, and the number of credentials managed in Sikker.

Managers can now easily switch between the company view (organization) and the user view, search for a specific employee, and track their key security, adoption, and awareness indicators.

Domain Management

The tabs allow you to configure your settings as needed:

Domain and Users : Manage addition, modification, and deletion of users.
Delegations : Delegate management of a user’s Protect account to another user.
Settings : Configure your domain settings (language, time zone, domain color scheme).
My Contract : View your contract information (subscribed solutions, number of licenses).
