Did you just subscribe to a new Mailinblack product? Make sure to assign the licenses to your users.
Go to your "Management" interface, under the "Users" tab.
Two options are available to you.
Click on the "L" at the end of the row on the right side of the user.
Then, assign the licenses by toggling the blue button.
2. You can use the user edit buttom
Then, choose "Licences"
Once the license is assigned, protected users will receive their welcome email (Cyber Academy, Protect, and Sikker clients).
