Track your users’ progress with detailed statistics available from your manager dashboard.
To log in to your Academy Manager area, click Academy.
When you access your home page for the first time, no data will be displayed because your users have not yet started the training program.
Give them access to Cyber Academy by sending them a welcome email directly from your interface.
Statistics will become available as soon as your users start the program.
You can access detailed statistics for each user from the Users menu:
Detailed progress for each employee: number of chapters completed and percentage of progress through the training program
The date of their first and most recent login to Cyber Academy
The most recently completed chapter
Detailed progress by module
This tab also shows the status of each user using a colored indicator displayed to the left of each user.
Green indicator: active user
Orange indicator: user at risk of dropping out; they have not logged in for more than 90 days
Gray indicator: inactive user
White indicator: archived user
To archive a user, the manager must select the relevant user, click “My interactions”, and then provide the reasons for the user’s withdrawal. When confirming the action in the archive pop-up window, a message reminds the manager that this action is irreversible.
