I can’t log in to my interface. What should I do?

Written by Remy

To log in, you must have a license assigned to your account.

1. How do I log in?

Open your web browser and go to: app.mailinblack.com.

The following login page will appear:

There are two ways to log in:

  • Email + password: For local users or users synchronized via LDAP

  • Sign in with Microsoft: For users synchronized with Azure AD

If your user account is registered locally or through LDAP synchronization, enter your email address and password, then click the “Log in” button.

If your account is synchronized with your Azure AD directory, click “Sign in with a Microsoft account.”

Things to check: If the login attempt fails, clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again and make sure you are using the correct URL. We also recommend testing the connection in a private/incognito browsing window.

2. You are seeing an error message — what should you do?

Several error messages may appear when you try to log in.

Incorrect credentials

In this case, the password or email address you entered appears to be incorrect.

First, make sure you have entered the correct email address and password.

If the issue persists, click “Forgot your password?” to create a new password and try logging in again.

You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.

If you do not receive the email, please contact your IT department responsible for the Mailinblack installation or the solution manager. Your account may not exist in Mailinblack.

If your account is synchronized with a directory, an error message will indicate that a password reset link cannot be sent:

This message means that your account uses directory synchronization.

This means that your email address and password are managed by the directory and cannot be changed directly from Mailinblack. In this case, please contact your IT department or the person responsible for your Mailinblack installation.

Restricted access

If this message appears, please contact the administrator of your solution.

A specific configuration is probably in place, and only the manager or administrator can take the necessary action to allow you to log in.

User without a license

The page keeps returning to the same login page without signing you in:

Your account may not have an active license. We recommend contacting your IT department or the Mailinblack solution manager to check that a license has been assigned to your account.
