Log in to your Mailinblack personal space and go to the Management section.
Click on the Directory Synchronization tab and then on Add Synchronization.
Set a name for your synchronization.
Synchronize your Azure AD directory with your Mailinblack interface.
Click on Access Azure AD.
You will then be redirected to Microsoft to log in to the directory and authorize Mailinblack to query your Azure AD directory.
Important information: You will need to log in with an Azure Administrator to authorize Mailinblack to synchronize with your directory.
In the next step, select the groups from the Azure AD directory to synchronize and protect.
Important information: Users contained in groups with an email address (@) will have delegation over it.
Later, when you return to your synchronization, you will only see the synchronized groups. You will need to click on "Show all groups" to retrieve all the groups present in the directory.
Click Next and in Synchronization Options, define the behavior you want to apply for the following cases:
Deletion limit rate: The deletion limit rate during synchronization is recommended to be set at 5%. If you set it to 100, 100% of the users will be permanently deleted.
Exclude disabled users in the Azure AD directory.
Replace manually created users with Azure AD users: When setting up a synchronization, this option allows you to replace the properties (name, first name, email...) of existing users (created manually or via file import) with those retrieved from the directory.
Update user licensing at each synchronization : When this option is enabled, user protection is only managed by Azure AD synchronization; protection changes are no longer made via the "Users" page.
Apply a regular synchronization frequency
Set an automatic synchronization frequency. You can add up to 3 synchronizations per day or delete all if you no longer want automatic synchronization.
Save and synchronize.
