As a Manager:
As a Manager, you have the rights to retrieve emails in Spam/Infected/Spearphishing. You can also grant these rights to your users from the Protect settings.
If you want to retrieve an email, you can go to your Protect space and then to Emails > Incoming emails.
In the Quarantine tab, you can view all spam/infected/spearphishing emails received by your users.
You can also use the advanced search to find a specific email.
Once you have viewed the email you wish to recover, you will be able to recover it using the recovery button located at the end of the email line:
As a user:
By default, you cannot recover spam/infected/spearphishing emails.
If your manager has granted you this right, you can retrieve this email from MyProtect.
