How can you report this case to us, and what information can you provide?

The best ways to report these cases to us are to contact us via online chat (the speech bubble icon on your interface) or directly by email at support@mailinblack.com.

What should you include in your report?

You can send us a screenshot of the email in question on Mailinblack so that we can find it on your Protect interface and analyze the necessary information.

If you have retrieved the email, or if the sender has authenticated themselves via captcha, you may need to send us the spam email you received in .eml format (without forwarding, it must be the original email).

What will Mailinblack do with your report?

Every report is essential for improving our filtering tools. When you report a case to us, our support team forwards it to the internal N2, N3, and LabIA teams to investigate, assess the possibility of implementing a quick corrective action, and prevent this type of email in the future.
