A user is unable to retrieve an email classified as spam; the buttons are not clickable, and a message appears.
Only the manager can retrieve emails classified as spam, but they can also grant users the ability to do so.
How to retrieve an email classified as spam?
Log in to your Mailinblack space and navigate to your Protect area.
Click on the "Settings" menu, then the "General Settings" tab.
How to modify permissions?
In the "Permissions granted to users" section, you can modify permissions and allow the retrieval of certain categories of messages, such as spam, for example (also available for infected emails).
Once the permissions are granted, your users will be able to freely retrieve their emails classified as spam.
