As an MSP / EM, cancellation allows you to :

  • to remove licenses for one or more products for a client,

  • and, if necessary, to indicate that the client is no longer active so that they can be deleted by Mailinblack services.

How to remove a client's product licenses?

As an MSP / EM, to remove a product's licenses from a client, simply set the number of licenses for the product in question to 0. This action immediately removes the product licenses for that client.

If all of the client's products are set to 0 licenses: a confirmation window will appear, informing you that the client will be permanently deleted by Mailinblack services.

What happens after the deletion is confirmed?

After confirmation, the client is moved to the 'Lost' tab and will be deleted by Mailinblack services. Please ensure that the client's mail flow (MX) is no longer redirected to Mailinblack via Protect before confirming.

Is the client considered 'lost' from a commercial standpoint?

No. The 'Lost' status has no commercial significance; it is used solely to manage the client's lifecycle within the tool.
