When an attack wave is detected, our security team identifies threats targeting our customers. To prevent any compromise, we proactively block the sender across our entire customer base.
This action is carried out internally and does not require any intervention from customers.
1. How are these threats identified?
Our cybersecurity analysts use indicators of compromise and attack indicators that they continuously monitor. Thanks to these tools and analyses, they are able to detect and block threats using our Threat Intel filters before they can cause any damage.
2. How is the blocking implemented?
We apply customized security filters across our entire customer base. These filters prevent suspicious emails from reaching inboxes, thereby reducing the risk of compromise.
When an email is detected by these filters, it is categorized as spam and can be recovered in the same way as a standard spam email.
3. Can the block be reversed?
We can disable a block; however, this change applies to our entire customer base. It is not possible to remove a block for only one specific account.
Removing a block is therefore a decision made after further analysis by our teams. If a false positive is identified, the block will be removed for all customers.
If you have any further questions or believe you may be affected by a false positive, please feel free to contact our support team.
