Log in to your Mailinblack personal space and go to your Cyber Coach. space.
From the home page, click on the "Export statistics" button in the top right-hand corner.
Select the period of your choice and proceed to export.
Your statistics will be exported as a CSV file according to the chosen period, giving you the main indicators.
What statistics to find in the export and how to analyze them ?.
The vulnerability rate: rate based on the number of users in your organization trapped by the various attacks. This rate gives an overall view of the results of your campaigns.
Top 10 most vulnerable users: allows you to identify users at risk.
Campaign statistics: indicator on the number of simulations received by users and the type of behavior identified (simulations sent up, links clicked, users phished).
The top 3 most effective campaigns:identifying the types of attacks and models that worked best.
The percentage of your users' behavior: analyze the distribution of your users' behavior.
The top 5 users who have reported the most campaigns: highlights the users who make your organization less vulnerable to cyberattacks
The type of awareness received in manual campaigns: reminder of the awareness format sent to users.
