What is campaign automation?

Cyber Coach integrates a fully automated attack simulation program powered by cutting-edge algorithms to enhance your employees' skills based on their level of cyber maturity.

Why automate the sending of Cyber Coach simulations?

  • Save time and eliminate repetitive and time-consuming tasks by letting the algorithm work for you. Focus on value-added actions such as customization and reporting.

  • Control your simulation sending pace. Automated sending based on each employee's level.

  • Receive consistent statistical reports. Comprehensive and concise statistics for each user.

  • Enhance your employees' skills based on their vulnerability level.

How does it work?

User evolution is based on three programs: Light, Classic, and Intensive.

How to activate the automation process?

Log in to the Cyber Coach application, then go to the "Automated Program" menu, and select the "Dashboard" tab. From this interface, you can access automation by clicking on "Activate Automation".

You now have access to automation; all that's left is to add your groups. Once the groups are set up, attack simulations will start running the next morning on a rolling basis.

How to configure the automation process?

Once you activate automation, you need to add users and create user groups.

When you access the automated program, no groups will be present on your interface. To add user groups, click on "Add a group".

From this interface, you can:

  • Select one or more groups you have created in Mailinblack Management by clicking the Select button.

  • Create a new group (manual selection, import from a .csv file, from an LDAP directory, or Azure AD) by clicking on the Create button.

How to select previously created user groups?

You can select the desired groups. You can also make a bulk selection of visible groups by clicking on the square icon to the right of "Group Name". Additionally, you can modify the display of groups present on the same page. Click "Add" to add the selected groups.

How to create user groups if you have not created them beforehand?

Name your group, then select the type of user selection (Manual addition, LDAP directory, Azure AD directory, .csv file) and click on "Select users".

Select the users that you want to add to your group. You can also make a grouped selection. Finally, click on the "Select" button to add the users to the group.

You can create several groups from this page by clicking on "Add another user selection". By clicking on the pencil at the end of the line, you can modify the users who are part of the group and click on the trash can to completely delete the group.

Finally, click on "Save" to import the created groups.

After adding your user groups, you will view them from the "User Groups" menu.

By moving your mouse cursor over the name of a group, you can perform 2 actions thanks to the icons at the end of the line:

  • See the users present in the group.

  • Exclude the group from automation. When you exclude a user group from automation, the users in this group will no longer be integrated into the automated program. However, they remain in the group and you can find them in Mailinblack Management.

Your groups are now created! The automation of shipments can begin!

How to view user statistics?

To view user statistics, go to the "User Statistics" menu.

From this menu, you will be able to see the first and last names of your users, the group(s) each user belongs to, their email addresses, and their progress.

The audit lasts 2 months with one sending each months.

Do you want to see the user's detailed statistics? Click on "Automated"

Detailed statistics will allow you to see the type of attack the employee has received, the program they will be affiliated with, and the approximate date of the next sending.

From this interface, you will be able to view:

  • Information related to the selected user: First and last name, primary email address, and assigned group(s).

  • Results of the latest received attack simulation (current program, difficulty level of the attack simulation, attack model, and type of awareness used) as well as its sending date.

  • Information about the future attack simulation (program, difficulty level, attack model, and type of awareness used).

  • Received attack simulations (date, result, program, difficulty level, type of attack, brand used, attack subject, and type of awareness).

You can also view the overall statistics of your manual campaigns from the dashboard:
