Rules can be used to give specific rights to a group of users. (Stopped e-mail reports, Secure Link, Authorizations, and e-mail filtering).
How do I access existing rules?
Log in to your personal Mailinblack space and go to your Protect area.
Click on the “Settings” menu, “Rules” tab. Here you'll see all existing rules.
How do I add a rule?
To add a rule, click on the Add a rule button and select the parameters you wish to apply by clicking on Add a parameter.
Once you've chosen the parameter, click Next to assign it to a group.
How do I apply the rule to a group?
You can choose an existing group by selecting it, or create a new one.
Tips : Don't forget to type in the beginning of the group name if you do not find it at first.
