Find out how multiple user selection works !
Log in to your Mailinblack personal account and go to your Cyber Academy area.
From the “Users” menu, you can:
Send a reminder
Congratulate your users
Archive a user (the user will no longer have access to My Academy, and their results will no longer be included in the dashboard)
If you want to perform the same action for several users, you can use bulk actions.
To recognize and reward your users’ progress, select the users you want to target.
Then click on Congratulate
A window opens displaying information about the selected users. Users who are at risk of dropping out, inactive, or who have not completed any chapters will not receive the congratulatory email.
The same behavior applies when archiving users and sending a reminder.
