With Cyber Academy, enjoy a fun and varied learning program designed by cybersecurity experts and built around different training modules. Each module includes several games to complete in order to progress to the next level.

How do users progress through the training programme?
Users must fully complete a module before unlocking the next one. Each module consists of one or more chapters. Any chapters that have not been successfully completed can be retaken by the user.
How do I give my users access to Cyber Academy?
License management is handled from the Management interface.
How do I inform my users that Cyber Academy has been set up?
Once the licenses have been assigned, click “Send them a welcome email” to inform your employees that Cyber Academy is now available.
After you activate this option, any employees added to the programme later will automatically receive the welcome email.
How can I engage my users?
There are several ways to keep your users engaged.
From your home page, you can:
Send reminders to inactive users
Congratulate users who are in the top 10
Assign licenses
From the Users menu, you can:
Send a reminder email to encourage the user to continue the programme
Congratulate the user on their performance
How can I track each user’s detailed progress?
From the Users menu, you can access a detailed report for each user.
This report will allow you to view information such as:
The date of the first and most recent login
The overall training completion rate
The most recently completed chapter
The user’s level for each module
