1 - How do I export GLOBAL statistics from the automated program?
Log in to your Cyber Coach interface.
Click on the menu "Automated program", tab "Dashboard".
Click on "Export statistics" at the top right of the interface.
A window appears, asking you to select the desired period (start and end dates).
A file is downloaded, containing a global report of statistics for all users of the automated program.
2 - How do I export GROUP statistics from the automated program?
You can also download statistics by user group.
Click on the "Automated program" menu, "User group" tab.
Select the group of your choice and click on the export icon.
Select the desired period, and export the group statistics in CSV format.
