How to export Cyber Coach user statistics

Written by Remy

We will explain how to export Cyber Coach user statistics from the Mailinblack interface. This page covers the data included in the export, the steps required to generate the file, the choice between XLS and CSV formats, as well as specific cases such as users with no campaigns or download issues.

What data is included in the user export?

The export allows you to retrieve statistics for your Cyber Coach users, including results from both manual and automated campaigns.

Depending on the available data, the file may include indicators such as:

  • the users concerned;

  • results related to received campaigns;

  • actions performed by users;

  • clicks;

  • reports;

  • users who were phished;

  • results associated with Cyber Coach simulations.

How do I export my users’ Cyber Coach statistics?

  1. From your Mailinblack Manager interface, open Cyber Coach.

  2. Go to the Users menu.

  3. Click the Export button.

  4. Choose the desired export format:

    • XLS: Excel format.

    • CSV: recommended for large exports.

  5. Select the period you want to analyze.

  1. Start the export.

  2. The file will either be downloaded directly or generated in the background, depending on the volume of data.

Which format should I choose for my export?

You can choose between two formats:

  • XLS: convenient for opening the file directly in Excel.

  • CSV: recommended for organizations with a large number of users, as it is more efficient for processing large volumes of data.

💡 For 1,000 users or more, XLS exports are limited. In this case, you should use the CSV format instead.

What happens if a user had no campaigns during the selected period?

The user will still appear in the file.

Their statistics will be displayed as 0 in the relevant columns.

What should I do if the export fails or does not download?

If the export does not download or remains stuck:

  1. Try running the export again after a few minutes.

  2. Try the CSV format if you initially selected XLS.

  3. Reduce the analysis period if a date range can be selected.

  4. If the issue persists, contact Mailinblack support.
