Log in to your personal Mailinblack area and go to your Protect space.
Click on the "Authentication Templates" menu.
How to create a template?
Click on "Add an authentication template".
Step 1:
Name the template and configure the default language. Mailinblack analyzes the email sent to you to detect the language and send the invitation in your sender's language.
For example, if the email was sent in English, the configured authentication request will be delivered in English.
If we are unable to detect the language of your sender, the authentication request will be sent in the language you have selected by default. We have taken care to translate some languages, you can add other languages by clicking on "Add a language", you will have to write your own text in the customization steps.
In the "Design Elements" section, you can either use the design elements configured from your Management interface.
Step 2:
From this page, you can choose the preview language of your invitation. This also allows you to modify the content of authentication requests in all available languages. You can add additional languages at step 1.
All text blocks are editable, to do this, hover over the desired text block with your cursor and click on "edit this block".
You can modify the text, but also the color of the text.
You can also modify the button text.
What you see on your screen will be the version delivered to your senders.
Step 3:
You can also modify the text and text color from this page. The template modified by you will be sent to the sender. You can modify the words in the captcha to configure words related to your business sector for example. To modify the words in the captcha, click on "edit this block".
From this page you can add, modify or delete words.
Click Save to save the changes, then Next to continue.
Step 4:
You can modify the text and text color from this page. The template modified by you will be sent to the sender.
You can also modify the banner image with one of your choice. You can add the image by dragging and dropping it or by clicking on Search in your folders.
The image will appear in the confirmation email and you can modify the text and the button by modifying the block.
To finish, click on Save.
When the authentication request has been created, we invite you to assign the authentication request by domain or by email address so that it is sent to your senders.
What does the invitation received by your senders look like?
The sender will receive an information email allowing them to be redirected to the captcha to complete. This email will be personalized with your logo and the color of your graphic charter according to the configuration made since the creation of your authentication request or from your Management interface.
If you have not configured and assigned an authentication request, the default one will be sent automatically.
The sender can now close this page.
