1. An automatic confirmation email
As soon as a user’s consent is recorded, they automatically receive a confirmation email. This email informs them that their consent has been taken into account so that Smart Simulation can be tailored to their email inbox as received by Protect.
2. Two Scenarios
The content of the email varies depending on how the consent was recorded:
The user gave their consent themselves (from their profile page or upon their first login): they receive an email confirming that they personally agreed to have their emails analyzed.
The manager recorded the user’s consent (from the user profile or the consent tracking page): the user receives an email informing them that their manager has recorded their consent.
