How to manage a dispute with a client?

To manage disputes with clients, we have implemented blocking actions within our products to "pause" a client.

What does it mean to "pause" a product?

Pausing a product corresponds to the deactivation of its features for all of a client's licenses, without deleting the licenses. The licenses remain in place, but the product is no longer usable as long as it is paused.

Where can you manage the pausing of a client's products?

From a client's "Licenses" tab, it is possible to:

  • Pause a product via the "Pause" button.

  • View products that have been paused.

  • Modify the status of products: By toggling a product from left to right or right to left using the blue arrow ➜ The product becomes either active or paused.

Does pausing delete data or licenses?

No. Pausing is temporary and reversible:

  • Licenses are retained.

  • Data is not deleted.

How do I know if a client is paused?

  • Products appear as "Paused" in the Licenses tab.

  • Explanatory messages are displayed within the affected products.
