Written by Remy

Available exclusively with Protect Advanced.

Go to the PROTECT interface and navigate to Statistics > Users or Groups, depending on what you want to analyze.

This page provides an interactive dashboard to track changes in quarantined emails by user or user group, with the option to mark specific users or groups as favorites for priority monitoring.

1. What information is available in the statistics?

1.1 Overall breakdown

This chart provides an overview of quarantined emails, with interactive details displayed on hover. It shows the number and percentage of emails blocked in each category.

1.2 Breakdown by user or user group

This dashboard allows you to monitor and analyze emails blocked and placed in quarantine by user or user group.

For each user or group, you will find the following information:

  • Total number of threats intercepted.

  • Visual breakdown of threats by category: spam, spear phishing, infected, pending, and banned.

2. How can you refine the statistics?

You can refine the displayed statistics to focus your analysis on the most relevant information.

  • Search: Enter the name of a user or group in the "Search" field to quickly locate them.

  • Category: Filter by category to display only the threats you are interested in by selecting one or more categories.

You can select the desired time period by clicking the Display button in the top-right corner of the page:

  • Previous day

  • Current or previous week

  • Current or previous month

You can also hide users by clicking the eye icon at the end of their row. Hidden users will then appear in the Hidden Users tab.

Hiding users does not affect the overall quarantined email statistics.

3. How can you use favorites for priority monitoring?

  • Add to favorites: Click the star icon at the end of a user or group row to add them to your favorites.

  • Access your favorites: Go to the dedicated Favorites section in the top-left corner to monitor their specific statistics.

  • Personalization: Your favorites are saved and remain available even after you log out of the interface.

To remove a user or group from your favorites, click Manage Favorites or select Remove from Favorites using the blue star icon at the end of the corresponding row.
