Log in to your Mailinblack personal space and go to your Management area.

Click on the Users menu on the left to view all users.

Click on the "L" icon to the right of the concerned user to manage their license.

From the Licenses tab, you can assign a protect license to your user to provide protection.

Protected Mode: the user benefits from a Mailinblack license = access to the interface, whitelist and blacklist, authentication request sent to new senders, anti-spam/antivirus filter.
