Log in to your Mailinblack interface.
Once connected, you will arrive directly on the Cockpit page, which corresponds to your Manager area.
Click on the Users menu located on the left to view all users.
What is the difference between a protected user and an unprotected user?
A protected user has a license, which allows them to benefit from full filtering: antivirus, antispam, management of allowed/banned senders, as well as access to the Mailinblack interface.
An unprotected user does not have a license. They only benefit from basic antivirus filtering provided by default. This represents the minimum level of protection.
How to manage the assignment ?
Click on the pencil icon to the right of the relevant user to manage their licenses.
Then click on the “Licenses” tab, where you will be able to assign a Protect license to your user in order to protect them.
Protected mode : the user has a Mailinblack license and benefits from full protection: access to the interface, whitelist and blacklist management, authentication requests sent to new senders, and antispam/antivirus filtering.
Unprotected mode : if you uncheck the license, the user only benefits from the antivirus filter.
