What is the phishing alert button?

Our Phishing Alert Button is the ideal solution to protect your company against cyberattacks. With just one click, employees can report any ongoing attacks, allowing managers to take swift action.

This button is integrated directly into your Outlook email client, making it easy for your employees to use. By centralizing attacks detected by employees, it also helps to better tailor training based on their actual vulnerabilities.

Get clear and consistent statistics, ensure real-time protection for your company, and empower your users in the fight against cyberattacks!

How to activate the add-in?

To activate the add-in, go to your Cyber Coach interface, navigate to the settings tab, and then to the add-in section.

We recommend providing a dedicated email address to receive emails reported by your users. This will prevent such emails from being sent to a personal inbox. Note that this address should not be a distribution list.

You will be able to:

  • Install the add-in by clicking the install add-in button. Only the Office 365 administrator can install the add-in. You will be redirected to the Office 365 marketplace to download the add-in.

  • Provide the email address where you wish to receive the reported emails. We recommend creating a dedicated address for receiving emails reported by your users.

Note: This address should not be a distribution list, but a regular email address or a shared mailbox if you want multiple people to access it to facilitate management.

How to mark an email as safe?

When the relevant email is open in your email client, click on the Mailinblack add-in button. Then click on the "safe email" button and respond to the user.

The user who reported the email will receive a return email indicating that the reported email is safe and can be viewed without concern.

How to mark an email as malicious?

When the relevant email is open in your email client, click on the Mailinblack add-in button. Click on the "malicious email" button and respond to the user. You also have the option to forward the email to Mailinblack, which will help improve our AI.
