What is the add-in?

With a single click, the add-in allows you to report any ongoing attack, enabling your company's administrators to take quick action. This button is integrated directly into your Outlook email software.

How to add the add-in to bookmarks ?

  • Add the add-in to favorites from Office Online:

You can pin the Mailinblack add-in so that it remains open at all times from the Online Office 365 version.

Click on the email of your choice, then on the three dots at the top right of the email to open the Mailinblack add-in.

Finally, click on the pin icon.

  • Add the add-in to favorites from the desktop client:

You can pin the Mailinblack add-in so that it remains open at all times from your desktop Outlook email client.

To do this, click on the email of your choice, then on the three dots at the top of your page to open the Mailinblack add-in.

Finally, click on the pin icon.

How to use the add-in?

To install the add-in on your email client, click on the Mailinblack button at the top of the page. Follow the installation instructions that will appear on the right side of your page.

When the add-in is activated, you can report emails to your IT administrator by clicking the "report email" button.

  • If the reported email is part of a Cyber Coach campaign, a notification will appear on the right side of your screen congratulating you.

  • If the reported email is not part of a Cyber Coach campaign, the email will be forwarded to your IT administrator for investigation.

Once your IT administrator has reviewed the email, you will receive a response regarding its reliability.
