What is virtual mail ?

These are "system" emails, sent by email servers to transmit system information. System emails are tagged "Virtual" and sent directly to the recipient. We can't afford to block this type of email, as it would act as a barrier to server information.

These emails pass through Mailinblack servers, and you can view them from the Protect > advanced search interface, then select the "Virtual" category.

Virtual emails are, for example, delivery or non-delivery notifications.

How do I activate virtual mail filtering?

Go to the Settings menu, then Email filtering.

Check the button next to the "Apply filtering to virtual emails" field.
