As a manager, you have the ability to set a default time zone that will be applied to your users.

If users set their own time zone, the one that you define will not be applied to them.

Log in to your personal Mailinblack space and go to the Management area.

Click on the Settings tab, then on General Settings.

You will then be able to select the reference time zone:

The change is effective as soon as you select a new time zone.
