When a manager adds a new member to a user group in the management interface, an access request for the associated shared vault is automatically generated and sent to the group's existing members.
There are two possible scenarios:
The vault contains no credentials: The user automatically becomes a member of the shared vault.
The vault contains credentials: An existing member of the shared vault must approve the new user's access request.
To approve an access request:
Go to My Sikker, open the "Access Management" tab, and click on "Access Requests".
Here, you can view all pending access requests.
An existing member can choose to approve or reject an access request. Until the request is approved or rejected, its status remains pending.
If a user's request has been rejected, the manager can send a new request from the Sikker management interface. The user's status will then change back to "Access Requested".
