What should I do if I don't receive my Cyber Coach test?

Have you sent a test shipment and not received it? Here's what you need to check!

When planning your phishing campaign, it's advisable to run a test on your e-mail address beforehand to anticipate any blocking.

However, sometimes the test is not received. In such cases, we recommend several checks.

What checks need to be carried out?

Check 1: Check that you have whitelisted Mailinblack IPs on your mail server.

  • 137.74.84.0/24

  • 185.209.208.0/22
    This is a one-time operation.

Check 2: If the IPs are properly whitelisted and you still don't receive the mail then we invite you to whitelist the following domain names provided by Mailinblack.

Check 3: If you still haven't received the e-mail in question, check that it's not in your spam folder.

Then contact Mailinblack customer service via customercare@mailinblack.com.

You can consult the FAQ directly from the interface by clicking on "Didn't you receive it? "
