Log in to your personal Mailinblack space and go to Email Stop Report which you will find on the left menu.
What actions are possible?
Here you can:
Enable/disable sending of the email stop report
Change the display view of the report: List view or detailed view
Show newsletters in the email stop report
Display Spearphishing emails in the email stop report. For more information about this feature, we invite you to contact the Mailinblack solution manager.
Enable a report understanding aid
Exclude receipt of the email stop report on weekends
How to change the frequency of the email stop report?
In the Email Stop Reports section, you can change the report frequency for all users.
You can remove schedules by clicking on the trash can and/or add new report schedules by clicking on Add an additional sending schedule.
You can define up to 12 reports per day.
Reminder: no report is sent if the user has no email categorized pending.
