Log into your Mailinblack personal space and go to your Protect space.

Click on the "Settings" menu, "General Settings" tab.

From this page you can:

  • Display or not the newsletters in the stopped email report

  • Display Spearphishing emails in the stopped email report (be careful, in order for emails categorized as Spearphishing to be present in your stopped email reports, you must activate the settings " Apply filters allowing the detection of Spearphishing emails " and **" Apply anti-spoofing filters on my domains " from the Protect interface > Settings > Email filtering.

  • Activate a help for understanding the report

  • Customize the stopped email report with your organization's logo and colors.

  • Exclude the sending of the stopped email report on weekends.

How to modify the frequency of the stopped email report?

In the Stopped email reports section, you can modify the report frequency for all users.

You can delete schedules by clicking on the trash can and/or add new report schedules by clicking on Add an additional sending schedule.

You can set up to 12 reports per day.

Reminder: no report is sent if the user has no email categorized pending.

Once the sending frequency is defined, your users will receive their stopped email digest in their inbox.
