How do I certify some of the users directly on the Portal ?

Step 1 : Click on "Portal Users" on the left side of the Portal.

Étape 2 : Select your user (or create a new one by clicking on the top right) then click on "Certify this user" to commercially certify them.

Step 3: To finalize the user certification, click on "Assign a commercial certificate to this user" then click "Save".

Step 4 : Once the commercial certification is checked, a blue badge will appear next to your user's name.

Step 5 : To technically certify your users, click on "Certify this user".

Step 6 : Next, share the technical certification link with your reseller after they have reviewed all Mailinblack content.
