Log in to your Mailinblack personal space and go to the Management area.
Click on the Users tab in the menu on the left.
Hover over the user and click on the following icon:
You can edit the information related to your users.
How to reset a user's password?
To reset their password, click on "Reset user password" located at the bottom of the page.
The user will receive an email allowing them to generate a new password.
