As a manager, you have the option to activate a new layer of protection with two-factor authentication:

  • 2FA / MFA

Log in to your personal Mailinblack space and go to the Management area.

Click on the Settings tab in the menu on the left, then on the General Settings sub-menu.

Click on "Two-factor authentication" to activate it at the end of the line.

Two-factor authentication will be activated for all users.

How does two-factor authentication work?

Once two-factor authentication is activated, when users log in to the Mailinblack platform (app.mailinblack.com), after entering their email and password or via SSO login, a new pop-up will appear asking them to enter the code received by email. This code will be valid for 10 minutes and can be resent if the time limit is exceeded.

You simply need to copy and paste the 6-digit code.

If you did not initiate the action, a warning message will appear to ensure data security and provide additional protection.

The code can be retried as many times as necessary.

How often is two-factor authentication required?

2FA will be required once every 10 days. The frequency cannot be changed.
